From your message to a written estimate
After you reach out, we schedule a walkthrough — typically within a couple of business days. A crew lead measures the surfaces, checks the substrate for chalking, peeling, mildew, soft wood, and widening stucco hairlines, takes moisture readings on anything questionable, and photographs conditions so the scope reflects the building you actually own rather than an average.
You then receive a written, itemized estimate: surfaces included and excluded, prep steps, primer and topcoat product lines named, number of coats, and a working schedule. Nothing is added later without your written approval. If the number needs to move, we adjust scope together instead of quietly thinning out the prep, which is exactly where cheap paint jobs fail.
On accepted projects, prep gets its own days on the calendar, application uses premium Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore systems matched to the substrate and exposure, and the job closes with a punch walk you sign, labelled touch-up paint, and a written workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's product warranty. Commercial and property-management clients can request a certificate of insurance naming their entity before we mobilize.
