Welcome to Precision Painting Experts. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the provision of our painting services.

By accessing this website or hiring us for a project, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Precision Painting Experts if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions

"Company" refers to Precision Painting Experts.
"Client" refers to the person or entity hiring the Company for services.
"Services" refers to residential and commercial painting, pressure washing, and related home improvement tasks offered by the Company.

2. Service Area

We primarily serve North Central Florida, including but not limited to Newberry, Fort White, Alachua, Ocala, Gainesville, and surrounding communities. Service requests outside of this area may be subject to additional travel fees or declined at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Quotes

All quotes provided by Precision Painting Experts are estimates based on the visual inspection of the project. While we strive for accuracy, unforeseen conditions (such as hidden water damage or structural rot) may alter the final cost. Any changes to the scope of work will be communicated to the Client and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project timeline, the Client agrees to:

Secure any necessary permissions or HOA approvals prior to the start date.
Make the work area accessible to our crew during agreed-upon hours.
Remove fragile items, electronics, and personal valuables from the immediate work area before our team arrives.
Keep children and pets away from the work zone for safety reasons.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Precision Painting Experts and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may not republish, sell, rent, or duplicate material from our website.

7. Limitation of Liability

Precision Painting Experts shall not be held liable for any damages that arise out of or in connection with the use of our website. Regarding services, while we carry liability insurance, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the property.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
