Painting Project Gallery
Project photos from Precision Paint Experts — interior repaints, exterior and stucco coatings, cabinet refinishing, and commercial painting across Gainesville, Ocala, and North Central Florida.
Finishes photographed in real Florida light
Paint photographs differently than it looks in person, so we shoot our work in natural light at the angles that show the truth: raking light down a wall where roller lap marks would appear, close-ups of cut lines at ceilings and trim, and full elevations where sheen consistency either holds up or does not. Everything below is our own crew's work across Alachua, Marion, Levy, Columbia, and Gilchrist counties.
What we hope you notice is not the color. It is the straight cut lines, the uniform sheen across large exterior planes, the caulk joints that read as one continuous line, and the absence of overspray on hardware, glass, roofing, and plants. Those details come from prep and pace, and they are the difference between a repaint that photographs well on day one and one that still looks right after five Florida summers.

How these results were produced
Every project shown followed the same sequence. We washed the substrate and let it dry to a measured level. We scraped failing coating back to a sound edge, replaced rotted wood instead of painting over it, sanded glossy and chalked surfaces to a tooth, and treated mildew at the root rather than sealing it under fresh film. Then every moving joint was cut out and re-laid with a flexible sealant, bare and stained areas were spot-primed, and two full coats of a premium product line went on.
On interiors, that meant furniture moved and wrapped, floors fully masked, drywall patched and sanded, and cut lines brushed by hand rather than taped and hoped for. On cabinet projects, doors and drawer fronts were removed, degreased, sanded, primed with a bonding primer, and sprayed with waterborne urethane in a controlled space, then reinstalled with labelled hardware. On commercial work, we scheduled around business hours and used low-odor products so tenants and customers were never displaced.
If a specific project in these photos looks like yours, mention it when you reach out. We can tell you the exact products used, roughly what that scope ran, and what we would do differently on your property given its exposure, age, and substrate. Photos are useful, but the estimate walkthrough is where we learn whether your surfaces need the same recipe or a different one.
